We all had a great time. Close to beaches stores and restaurants. I would recommend getting a tea kettle. Other then that it was stocked well enough.

The property was well maintained and clean inside and out. The location was great for us - quiet neighborhood but easy access to downtown Oceanside and freeway to San Diego. The designated free parking was greatly appreciated. The gas cook top and oven (and all other appliances) functioned properly. We especially liked the king bed in the main bedroom and the queen bed plus a queen/twin bunk in the 2nd bedroom. Our 3 teens had no trouble sharing a room with this layout. The fire pit was really nice at night to sit around and unwind. The rental company was very communicative and helpful. We didn’t have a single problem but if we did I could tell the company would have addressed it immediately. For instance, I didn’t know where the garbage cans should be placed for pick up so I texted and received an immediate reply.

Being from Oceanside we knew the area where we wanted to stay. Our stay here was amazing. The house was amazingly clean, quiet and centrally located. It’s a hidden gem. Lots of space for family to visit with all of the amenities to make it comfortably homey. All of the beds we extremely comfortable and the pillows, linens and towels of a high quality. The landscape was very well maintained and the neighbors and neighborhood quiet and plenty of parking. Best of all was the incredible communications with the property management team. Received daily texts seeing if there was anything they could provide and to make sure we were happy. The ease of check in and check out was excellent. Highly recommend this fantastic property.

you want to spend your beach vacation vacuuming and cleaning every day then stay here. There were Ants in every aspect of the house and ant traps everywhere that my son who is 2 kept picking up because he doesn’t know better. We asked about this and they just said spray with Raid.. which is also not a solution when you have a toddler. it originally didn't have a grill like the listing posted!! Which was huge for us. We had to specifically ask for one after they told us they removed it but the online listing was not updated prior to our stay. the floors were not vacuumed prior. There was dust under the beds, we woke up to a large cockroach in the dining area, the outdoor property has not been cleaned, spider webs everywhere, the floor is rotting in the main bathroom next the shower. The lockbox code was wrong on the email I received from staycoastal. The guidebook they tell you to download refers to the apartments and not the house so nothing was accurate. The night we got there it was so loud until 1am with the neighbors and next to the busy street it was not ideal for us. The only benefit was being closer to the beach, but that is all. Would NOT stay again.

The home was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood and peaceful to sleep at night. The information provided to use about the house included everything I needed as well so I didn’t need to reach out to the owner. I felt like we had a great middle location for day trips that we wanted to take such as Laguna Beach and San Diego Safari Park. The local beaches were very nice too though and easy to get to. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

We loved our rental. It was a perfect size for our family of 3. We were thrilled to have a driveway to park in and a wonderful backyard to relax in. House was spotless and decorated very nicely. Loved having such easy beach access!!!

Rented this house for a weekend getaway with the Grand kids. Be careful, it is only 2 bedrooms, not three. Nice location near the beach. The house was in very good shape for its age and had everything needed for a nice stay. Only gripes is the back yard needed to be sprayed for bugs as there were spiders everywhere and the bathroom needs an exhaust fan.

When we first walked into the house, we were very pleased. The location is next to our favorite Captain’s Grounds coffee shop, our favorite Privateer’s Pizza, and the beach is a few blocks away. The location was phenomenal. There was a little natural grocery store within a short walking distance. We loved it. Every day when we got home, we liked it more. A welcoming home in every way.

We had a wonderful time at this Oceanside home- we were 3 generations staying- my parents, myself, and my children. Everything in the home was lovely- I especially liked having breakfast in the backyard patio each morning, the kids enjoyed the bunk beds and tv in each room, and the outdoor shower was so helpful when returning from the beach. We walked out easily to have dinner in local restaurants- most had outdoor seating during covid. This was exactly what we needed and it was safe and lovely. We had asked for the windows to be opened before our arrival, and they were. When we had a sudden issue with the stove, the owners were quick to respond and they sent out masked workers who solved the issue quickly (a popped circuit protector, duh!). On 2 days, my sister and her husband who lived near the area came by and they were able to sleep on the sofa bed and were very comfortable. We used the beach chairs and umbrella so didn't need to lug extra stuff. Thanks so much!

The place was great! We spend a lot of time in the backyard which was big and spacious. My one and only suggestion would be to landscape the backyard and try to hide the trash cans.

The house is was ideal for the two of us. We had plenty of room and complete privacy. We liked the location that was close to everything. We particularly enjoy the backyard. We are birders and we placed some feeders under the lemon tree( the lemons are delicious!) and enjoy the feather visitors. Also having an extra bedroom with private bath provided us with the opportunity to have guests.
