G-203 Endless Summer

Just what we needed. The bonus was having two beds in one room, and they were comfortable. Not ocean front, but could still see the water and hear the waves from our balcony. It had everything we wanted except a washer and dryer, but there was a laundry room available. Even came with beach chairs, cooler, towels, and umbrella. We were minutes from the beach to walk through the complex. Maila at StayCoastal Vacations was wonderful, from the booking to checking in on us after the first night to checking out. Would use their services again and would stay at this unit again.

This Unit was awesome! Had everything we needed from beach gear to all the kitchen items you’d need to make a delicious meal for the family! The condo was very clean and in great condition. Our family loves staying in NCV!! The grounds are always so beautifully kept and the staff is the friendliest, with the best customer service teams!! The lack of AC was a bit concerning and the only reason I don’t give this place 5 starts, but all the portable fans they provide for your use really do came in handy for pulling in that delicious salty outside air!! Overall this place was awesome !! So well kept, lots of space and storage areas, comfortable beds, very family friendly, and a beautiful garden view of the grounds with beach far in the background. Overall it was great for our little family of 4 from Arizona!!

Clean and cute. We had a great stay. Will be coming back. I wish there wasn’t as many stairs to get through the resort and I want the parking garage spots bigger. Other than that it’s a wonderful distance to the beach and has beautiful grounds.

Wonderful spot to spend a few days. Close walk to restaurants and a few minutes to the beach. The unit doesn't have AC, which I didn't realize until after I'd booked, but most of the time it was pretty pleasant, just had a few unseasonably hot days while I was in town. Lovely, clean condo with everything that I needed for the week.

Thank you StayCoastal Vacations for a great vacation. The resort was great, we had lots of fun in the pool. Conveniently located between the Harbor and beach Pier. We enjoyed eating at the local restaurants, great food. The condo was nicely cleaned. Nice views.

We had a very pleasant stay at North Coast Village. And would give a 10 out 10 to all the people we had contact with from stay costal. Ashley was extremely helpful in a number of areas., helping us to extend our stay an extra week and helping us set up our reservations for 2023. I also want to acknowledge Leo’ s help with some minor maintenance issues he was very helpful and very accommodating always with a smile on his face. The housekeeping group who did the linen exchange and the mid stay cleaning were also very professional and helped to make our stay very pleasant! Keep up the great work!!
The kitchen utensils (silverware) could use an upgrade.

The rental worked out well for our family of four. We booked short notice with few options. The price was higher than what we have paid in the past at multiple different units (various rental companies). We were not sure what to expect but the unit was pleasant. It was well maintained and clean. The decor was not fancy and a bit of a mix of styles. The beds are two double (or full size) which is kind of odd for us. My husband and I slept very well though because the mattress was great. We are picky when it comes to mattresses (we have a sleep number bed at home because we like a supportive mattress). The bed was so good we did not even have an issue that it was small (we are used to a king bed). We brought our own air mattress for our son to sleep in the living room and I requested extra sheets from the property manager. The G building is very warm in the summer since it is set back and the breeze does not hit it. There were 4 fans besides the ceiling fans and these worked great. They also helped drown out any noises so again, we slept great. There were plenty of beach items although the “body boards” are not true body boards but the cheap styrofoam ones that only a little kid could use. My teenage son was very disappointed in that. Otherwise, all worked well. No frills, no extras like board games, no extra pillows, etc. If you are not familiar with NCV things you should know: no a/c in any units, parking spaces can be tight, very well maintained grounds, very family oriented and quiet.
We have been coming to NCV for nearly 15 years and are happy that it is still so loving maintained. We would use Stay Coastal again!

This condo had everything you could want or need. Even though I did bring my own umbrella and sand chairs it was all there if I needed it. Nice and roomie very well maintained and very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

The HOA is super anal. Unit was nice. We’d stayed at north coast village years ago and I had forgotten how strict they are. This made our time a little less enjoyable as it feels less inviting.

Lovely grounds, clean facility and secure (gated parking). Beautiful pool, hot tub and surrounding areas. Cost for 3 nights $231.29 a night ( more than double the nightly advertised rate of $102). Cost included a very high cleaning rate of $170 plus a non refundable damage waiver of $60. The bedroom carpet threshold had exposed tack strip nails that if you were barefoot presented a safety hazard for tetanus. In addition no air conditioning but you can request a fan to supplement overhead fans. It was close to the beach. Overall IF THE COST WAS REASONABLE I would probably stay again in an air conditioned unit. If money is no object you are ok.

Everything was great! Except that the dishwasher was not working.

It was our first rental experience in this location. Everything was a great. We found almost all necessary kitchen staff in this unit, I would add just electric kettle. Location is good,close to the ocean.
