B-304 Seaside Villa

We have stayed in Oceanside before and this place did not disappoint! The place was immaculate, very well stocked, and the manager is very responsive. Plenty of beach equipment and everything you would ever need in the Kitchen including snow cone maker and ice cream maker! Our kids had a blast in the pool and at the beach ! I love that it is two stories, so we could send the kids upstairs to play and have peace and quiet downstairs. It is large upstairs so it is like having another family room. I read the other review about heat and train noise. But Miguel fixed that right away. It was unusually hot for the coast. ( We are originally from San Diego and know it is weird to be in the 90's). We told our fears to Miguel and he brought over a room air conditioner. The windows are triple paned, so we all slept soundly and comfortably through the night. Even the baby slept like a baby! We will definitely stay in this unit again, and strongly recommend to others.

First the bed was the most comfortable one I have slept in for a rental! The whole condo was perfect, just the right size for our family of 4, I will have to say the crunches where a little worn and the TV didn’t work I. The living room but that may have been user error. The wagon and beach supplies was a HUGE plus thank you The view was magnificent, parking easy to follow and secure building very quiet the whole area where the condo is was very homey. Loved sting out on balcony with no bugs to eat you alive. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay.

This is our 4th time staying at North Coast Village (we love it) but our first time at B-304 and sadly, it did not meet our expectations. Price was low but quality was, too. Here is the detail for the benefit of future renters and the management to address the issues we encountered:
1. Two of the TV's were not smart TV's (meaning very limited viewing options, no streaming services or casting from your phone.) Living room TV had issue with HDMI input making constant static sound. Need to update TVs
2. Appliances are all very old, but functional. The fridge does not seal as it should.
3. No measuring cups or hot pads/oven mitts in kitchen. No small spoons (silverware), only large
4. No extra sheets or blankets for the hide-a-bed or for any of the mattresses upstairs
5. The upstairs mattresses and hide-a-bed were uncomfortable, but sufficient for younger, lighter kids (adults woke up stiff and sore)
6. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided in each of the two bathrooms, and very minimal shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Guests would have to purchase more if they plan to stay for a week (as we did)
7. The whole place smelled musty, old, and like pee when we arrived. We bought & used an entire bottle of Febreze for carpet, which helped. New carpet needed
8. Wifi doesn't reach upstairs
9. Outlets are old and loose = hard to keep things plugged in
10. PLEASE add a door to master bedroom! Guests must go through the bedroom to access the bathroom, and a door would fix this problem

Blackout curtains in master were great! Would be so nice to have in all rooms.
Balconies were awesome! It was so nice to have boogie boards, beach umbrella, and beach chairs. Thank you!

Exactly as described in the ad. The house was very clean and well stocked. There is a train that passes by but only seen and heard by the living room. But my kids loved the train so it didn’t bother us. Be sure to take time to just explore what this property offers it’s AMAZING!!!!

Great rental, had e writhing we needed. Condo could use a few updates but overall was comfortable. Bunks were useful upstairs, kitchen was well equipped, and downstairs was comfortable for a family of 4.

The location was awesome! Wonderful area and complex. The unit itself was clean and mostly in good repair. A few things are showing their age, but we had a great time. We traveled with two teenagers and two under twelve and it was great for them.

The accommodation is quiet, views are great, location and grounds are fantastic. However, the ants manage to get into the kitchen area even on the 3rd floor. Could use an update of paint especially on the handrail.

We love staying at North Coast Village!! The condo itself was great. Plenty of room for our family and we loved the kid space upstairs. The condo was stocked with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon which made the walk to the beach so much easier. The only downfall was the location. This unit is located at the very front of the complex. We’ve stayed in NCV many times before, this was my 16th year, and have never heard the train. If the train noise wasn’t in the middle of the night I wouldn’t mind, but that made us not want to stay in this particular unit for our next visit.

This was a great place for a family. It was nice to have a bed for each of our teenagers to sleep in so they did not have to share. The location is wonderful and the grounds are amazing. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was extremely happy with this rental! The view! The space! It was perfect for me and my family! The condo was really clean and pretty inside. All of the information and instructions are accurate, and it came with everything we would need. There were so many extras provided like: beach towels, stroller, beach wagon, cooler, board games, etc... we didn’t need anything! Very short walk to the beach. Perfect location, perfect ocean view, very clean! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on returning! The beds were comfortable, with nice linens. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans utensils etc. It was clean, a few spots on couch and a few crumbs on kitchen floor. Otherwise very clean.

The condo unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. And only a few min to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The rooftop view is amazing and so nice to sit outside in the morning with coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Given the stay at home orders, the pool/jacuzzi and amenities were not as available as we would have liked, but that is no fault of theirs. Beds are comfy and lots of room for kids. The upstairs worked perfectly giving us adults a bit of separation. We are definitely going back and cant wait!

B 304 is in North Coastal Condominium complex which Is older property
with beautiful grounds. The condo is a short walk to the beach and has a beautiful ocean view from the upstairs balcony. The king bed downstairs was very comfortable. Upstairs has two bunk beds which would be fine for children.
The kitchen is tiny, but well equipped. The trains didn’t really bother us. (We both have hearing issues-ha!)

This was our third stay at this complex and we always enjoy it. We were visiting our grandson and with the pool and the ocean close by there are always things to do. As other people have noted there is a train that does go by regularly. My husband is very noise sensitive and has no issue with the trains! We love this unit and so did our grandson! We will stay again.

We loved this unit. The train was outside our window which wasn't an issue unless the horn was sounded. The windows closed kept the noise out completely. The unit was clean and gorgeous, and worked out perfectly for our family. Our girls loved their loft area upstairs. There were even towels, chairs and beach gear for us to use.

Our son loved that there were toys. No AC wasn’t a problem-the unit has lots of fans-ceiling and floor types-and we kept the windows open for the ocean breeze. Yes, trains go by quite a bit and we just got used to them.

We had the most relaxing 5 weeks in this wonderful home. We walked the beach twice daily and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the ocean-facing balcony. The Oceanside Villages is such a pleasant place to stay. The management was very helpful when we had a concern. We never did start up the fireplace--should have called them to help us, but all was fine!! Highly recommended for ALL!!

We were able to book this condo last minute for a family emergency. Relatives from across the state gathered here. The view was phenomenal and we were even able to walk the beach one day. Plenty of privacy when needed and numerous sleeping options made this the perfect stay. We all agreed that we would return.

Our favorite amenity was the beach cart which had beach towels, beach umbrella, frisbee, a built in cooler and more. It made trips down to the beach so easy. Bedding was comfortable and the home had all the kitchen supplies for cooking meals in house.

We spent 8 days over New years in Oceanside and loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived, our condo was just as promised. It was our second time staying with Stay Coastal Vacations and just like the first time it was all top notch. The 2 bedroom 2 bath suited our family of 6. We enjoyed the 2 balconies that allowed us to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The condo was very clean and the welcome basket was a nice surprise. The bedding was very comfortable and the beach supplies were greatly appreciated.
We enjoyed cycling along the coast, beach volleyball, swimming in the ocean, walking the strand and pier and dining at the harbour. There are so many things to do within walking distance.
We used the barbeques many nights and were appreciative of how clean they were kept.
Our only decision is when we can come back.
