The bedroom boasts a plush king bed, and an additional Twin-over Twin trundle daybed for added convenience, ensuring everyone gets a restful night's sleep. Privacy is offered with an easy to use boho room divider.

It’s the perfect spot to grill up some fresh catch, share stories, and make memories. While the main house shares this communal space, it is leased out long-term, ensuring a peaceful coexistence.

The Area
The community of Oceanside is considered the best-kept secret in North County Coastal San Diego! The low-key, unpretentious vibe of this beautiful town lends itself to a myriad of activities for all ages. Stunning sunsets are infamous as well.

This property is located in Central Oceanside which is a residential neighborhood that is seeing exciting redevelopment! As a resident guest , please be mindful that you may experience common "neighborhood sounds" such as barking dogs, car/vehicle noises, people talking/walking, or even construction projects at any given time. These are out of our control but we are happy to answer any questions you might have.

The San Diego area is bursting with exciting attractions, and you’re under an hour from some of the best – Legoland, San Diego Zoo-Safari Park, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo. Say “hi” to Mickey and Minnie at Disneyland, just an hour away. Put your feet in the sand at one of the ten fantastic local beaches. You can also visit the Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art, and the Museum of Making Music—all within a 20-minute drive.
