Welcome to our Mar Vista Getaway!
If you’ve been longing to see, breathe, and feel the sea air, then you’ve selected the right home. Sunkissed skies disappearing into the cobalt abyss is a regular, nightly spectacle.
This third-floor, 2-story penthouse offers two suites and two balconies to enjoy ocean views from. The beach is easily accessible from this unit via the gated, ground-level parking garage. Beach gear is also provided for a full day’s worth of activity!
The spacious unit offers plenty of nooks to watch boats in the harbor or sea birds fly by. There is also plenty of space to spread out in the cozy nautical living room, complete with a smart TV—including Netflix!

Guest-favorite luxurious linens, towels, and travel toiletries are provided for convenience.

We had a great time in this unit! The upstairs balcony was the perfect place to hangout to play games or eat. There was plenty of space for our family. The upstairs walk in closet is large enough to act like an extra room for the pack n play. The kitchen has some nice updates. The beach chairs, wagon, little cooler, and other things for the beach were greatly appreciated. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.

Check in and out were very easy. The beach and views from our condo were awesome. The facilities were very clean. We did have some issues with fluctuating water temperature and pressure in the showers. Nice pool and hot tub as well as fitness center. We were there for family Xmas so didn’t use them much. And you can’t beat the weather!

The Stay Coastal customer service was excellent. The condo was run down, kitchen poorly organized and unsatisfactory. The closet doors in the hall way do not work. We overall had a nice vacation and the views and location are great. We love north coast village and decided to try a different unit this year but unfortunately did not have nearly as good of an experience this time. The upper deck was great for enjoying meals and sunsets and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms really need updating. The showers back up with a lot of water, the water temp goes from scalding to freezing (safety issue for kids) and the towel rack fell off after gently hanging 1 towel. The cushions on the lower balcony chairs are in shreds, the kitchen stools easily fall over and there was an excessive amount of ants. They were all over the kitchen and bathrooms and we had to shake them off of our clothes from the laundry basket. We had many frustrations with the rental company that we have never experienced before. The short of it: we had a backed up sink that took 3 days to get fixed, we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper (only given 1 extra of these) and ended up making 2 extra trips to the grocery store to buy these as they did not have anyone available to bring them (had to send the supervisor for paper towels) for multiple days and we needed them sooner. There is still a break in the floor of the upper balcony that is a safety issue. We enjoyed our trip but the rental co needs a lot more help, more options in making things available to guests, needs to stock more of the essentials and the place could use some updates and safety checks.

I reviewed all communications with the team and do have some notes that hopefully will assist future guests. We appreciate the feedback about the shower updates needed, lower balcony chairs, and stools. This will be addressed with the owner. As for the backed up showers, water temps, and balcony dip/hole we were not notified of this. The delay in addressing the backed up sink was not intentional and easily explained. On Sunday (day after your arrival), our team member checked the plumbing and addressed what he could. However, the source of the issue was behind the walls/further down the line. Anything behind the "walls" becomes the HOA's responsibility. Unfortunately, their workload did not allow for it to be cared for immediately, but rather it was fixed on Tuesday. The unit essentially has 2 other sinks in working order, thus this was not considered an emergency by the office. As for the delay in delivering paper products, our team informed you that we had multiple team members out sick that week. It's unfortunate this occurred during your stay, but we attended to your requests to the best of our ability. Paper products are provided as a starter set and any additional should be picked up by the guests. However, we will do our best to deliver extras in a timely manner if we are on-site or it can be easily scheduled. I do show we were able to deliver additional bath and kitchen towels by your request. Regarding the ants, we offered to do a household spray (non residue or smell) and a light cleaning by our housekeeping crew, which was declined, stating "we're fine with the ants, they're not hurting anything, just wanted [us] to know". Again, we appreciate the feedback but apologize if we missed the mark on this stay. - The StayCoastal Vacations Team

We liked the panoramic views but prefer a southern location as we didn’t get any sun til late in the day. The unit was lacking in a. Lot of little things that make one’s stay comfortable. Stat Coastal was great and helpful..

This was our first time renting F-307. Having stayed at several condos in North Coast Village, I will say this was one of the best. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable, wonderful stay. The management company was amazing keeping us informed before, during and after our stay. They even checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations and experience. The proximity to and views of the beach, ocean and sunset were stunning and relaxing. We enjoyed eating and visiting on the balcony while taking in the ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets.
Short walks to get to the beach made it convenient for the individuals of our group to choose either to stay at the unit, is it pool side or play in the surf.
