Pros: Overall clean. Comfy beds. Well stocked with dishes. Management was super helpful to work with, and very responsive. Amazing location. Great amenities.
Cons: Ants!! All over the downstairs bathroom (which resulted in our kids refusing to use it) and into the kitchen and even a few in the upstairs bathroom. We sprayed w/ spray that was provided, and management had a company come spray w/in 24 hrs, but it only helped for about a day. There were plentiful dishes, but no extra cabinet space for food, so everything has to go on the counter which doesn't help the ant situation. They also had a broken faucett (which they quickly sent someone to repair), but the tub faucetts are probably original and therefore not temp balancing which means there is a TON of fluctuation while showering/bathing. New tub faucetts would go a long way to make guests comfortable.
Overall we still enjoyed our vacation, but we would probably not stay in this condo again.

About the water fluctuation, please note that the complex has a central boiler system, which can sometimes result in fluctuations. We appreciate your understanding and patience with this matter. However, It was too many ants in the bathroom and the kitchen.
The ant's bates did not work, so it causes minus 1.

The condo was located in a beautiful property. Check in and check out was super easy. The views were amazing from the balconies. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time!! The only slightly negative was there wasn’t an easy use of the outside showers to rinse sand. The button was very hard to push and no hose to rinse chairs and boards. Overall the stay was amazing.

Had never been to Oceanside CA before. We were very pleased with our stay and the accommodations. We had a direct view of the harbor and ocean. The responses to any of our questions were answered pretty quickly. You must bring any amenities, such as: cooking oil, etc. with you. The kitchen cabinet space was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans (no wine opener), etc. However, there was hardly any space to store things, you might bring for your stay. Mr Coffee maker was available. The unit was in a quiet area at the beginning of June which was also very nice.

We absolutely loved this rental! The views of the ocean were amazing, we watched the most spectacular sunsets from the patio. The unit is nicely done, a little outdated with some of the furniture, but was super clean and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We came to get a nice beach side break after our 4 days at Disney and universal. We wouldn’t extended in a heartbeat it’ll if it wasn’t for Easter Sunday! The place was amazing and the condo was great. FULLY EQUIPPED, with beach stuff abd wagon, only thing missing was seasonings etc in kitchen but really not a big deal. Beds are extremely comfortable. The amenities are so fun for kids the property feels like a treehouse.

This a charmingly furnished, clean condo with outstanding views of the ocean and sunsets. The complex is large and interesting, and the pool is a delight. The beds were comfy and overall the property was quiet. The communication from the management was outstanding! Parking was easy and the ability to get out to the beach and walk to the pier or drive to nearby restaurants made for an easy stay. Cons: Ants live in the area - it's just what it is, so be sure to leave nothing edible on the counters. Store all items in the frig on in well-sealed containers. The condo is not far from the I5, so you will hear some freeway noise outside, but it's not bad. There was some odd, intermittent high-pitched noise coming from, I think?, the plumbing or roof above the bathroom that woke me up a few times. I reported this and hope it has since been fixed, but it did mar my overall experience of the stay, unfortunately.

The view was amazing and there was plenty of room in the condo for 6 of us. We enjoyed the pool, grill, and were very happy with all of the things the condo came with like games and beach equipment. My only complaint is the dining furniture. We liked having seating for all of us, but each one of the chairs was in need of repair and felt as if it could break at any moment.
We loved being so close to the pier and harbor both, enjoying the beach and walks. I loved being able to have my groceries at the condo before I arrived, since we got in so late. I love that service.
The grounds and landscaping were so beautiful. The aroma from the flowers throughout was amazing.
When we come back to the area for vacation, we will be staying here again.

We've stayed in many NCV condos and love the location in general but this is a new favorite. Sunset obsession is a perfect name for it- loved the 2 balconies! The property managers were extremely responsive and accommodating!

I take the privilege to leave my first review for this listing as we had the opportunity to be the first guests to this brand new listing. This is a wonderful vacation home for anybody looking for a spacious two bedroom unit + privacy between the two rooms + most importantly the sunset view. Grab a cup of coffee or setup a dinner date in the upper patio to enjoy the view and relax. Beach is very close by and has access from the backside of the community. The community in itself is beautiful and with a resort style feel. Very neatly maintained community and safe. Tons of restaurants close by. I highly recommend this vacation home for prospective guests.
